Email Configuration

To ensure that you are able to view and print your certificate, you must enable the "show images & links" option of your email account.  Outlook users can accomplish this by opening Outlook, clicking on the "Tools" drop down menu and selecting  "Options".  After the mail options screen shows up, click on the "Security" tab.  Inside the security tab, there will be a button near the middle of the screen called "Change Automatic Download Settings" under the Download Pictures heading; click this button.  After entering the Automatic Picture Download Settings screen, please UNCHECK the option that says:  "Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML e-mail".  This will uncheck the two other options below it as well.  Click "OK" at the bottom of the screen to the accept changes.  You will now be able to view images & links in your email.

Users of web-based e-mail accounts (ie:  hotmail, yahoo, etc..) should not have to change their settings to view images and links though the voucher may be filtered into your spam or junk inbox.

Users using their business e-mail addresses must first verify that their company does not use a spam filter.  If your business uses a spam filter you will not receive our voucher.  You must use a personal e-mail address.
