The banquet facilities at Westwood Golf club provide an elegant and tasteful setting for any occasion.  With the capability to accommodate from 35-300 guests, there is no banquet, meeting, business dinner or celebration that we cannot professionally and tastefully cater for you.

To help you make the best impression on your guests, be it an elegant wedding or an important business meeting, or just a casual shower, the professional staff will see to your every need before you ask for it. 

The banquet room is always appointed in the finest linens and table settings creating the perfect environment for your special event.  Add to that the incredible views of the rolling hills and deep, lush greens through our floor-to-ceiling windows and you’ve got the perfect setting to create an atmosphere of style and grace.

The setting is just the beginning though.  Our professional catering manager, Vickie Lucci, has created a variety of different catering menus and packages from which you can choose the menu that is right for you.  That is not to say that custom menus and packages cannot be accommodated.  Vickie has been catering events for a long time and is always flexible and ready to accommodate your every desire.

With Vickie’s expert planning advice and her ability to create the perfect ambiance for any event and the professionalism of her catering staff, you are virtually guaranteed to have a hugely successful event.  One thing’s for sure, any work you do, will be voluntary.  Vickie will take care of everything for you.  From help with invitations to decorations to setting up your PA system, you will be well taken care of.  From planning your menus to choosing the proper china, Vickie and the Westwood staff will take see that it is done and done with class and style.

Additional Banquet Information

• A Minimum deposit of $100.00 is required to hold and confirm your reservation date.
• Minimum guest count is stated on each menu option, or as approved through management.
• Luncheons are based on four-hours of time and must conclude, and the room vacated, by 4:00 pm unless otherwise approved through management.
• Evening dinners are permitted five-hours of time.  All evening banquets must conclude by midnight.
• Guests are not permitted to enter the ballroom prior to the prearranged time.
• All deliveries, including equipment rentals, must be approved through management.  We are not  permitted to store equipment or have it left unattended over night. 
• DJ’s and other entertainment must be set up at least one hour prior to your banquet and also vacate the room within one hour of the banquet completion.
• Tape, nails and pins are not permitted on the walls or draperies.
• The banquet rooms(s) are non-smoking.  Guests may smoke in the Westwood Bar and Grille or outside.
• Final payment is due the day of your banquet unless otherwise arranged.
• A handicapped entrance is available.
